This cottage offers a washer and dryer, a mini split air conditioner in the living room, enclosed outdoor shower, gas grill and lovely front deck. Walk on over to the Pelham house for a wonderful rooftop meal, or stop by Sundae School for all of your ice cream needs!

"Great Little House"

This house was the perfect size for our needs. It’s hidden away, making it very quiet and had all the amenities we could have asked for. The proximity to the beach is perfect and the local restaurants are just a short walk away. We look forward to staying here again!

Great quiet location a 5 min walk to Sea St beach. House is cute and was a perfect size for my boyfriend and I, and close proximity to where the rest of his family stays.

Only minor complaint would be a request for window coverings in the main living space back windows and curtains within the bedrooms. The rear wall of windows are bare in the main space, and it does get a bit bright in the bedrooms on sunny mornings.

"Great vacation in Dennis Port"

Windwood 16 in Dennis Port is a cozy two bedroom cottage in a perfect location to enjoy all the cape has to offer. It’s centrally located to all attractions and a very short and easy walk to the beach. The cottage is immaculate and the beds are very comfortable. The owner provided a new gas grill and comfortable deck furniture. The outside shower is a treat in good weather. Martha Murray Vacation Rentals did a supreme job in meeting all our needs. They called to inform us the cottage was ready for occupancy earlier than expected. We are making this an annual event.

"Love the deck, close to the beach."

The renovations are splendid. It's a quaint cottage I just wish that there were some curtains up and shades for the back of the house. It feels very exposed. Otherwise I loved it and had a great week. There was also an unexpected guest, an AC repair man who just walked in, thankfully I didn't need the AC because it did not work.

"Lisa's Cape Cod Rental"

Having rented a few other houses from Martha Murray previously, this experience was not very different. The cottage was cute and centrally located, especiallyto the beach and Pelham House. As always, we enjoyed ourselves and are excited to return to the Cape.

"Very Clean and Good Location"

This small cottage was perfect for me and my 2 girls (age 9,13). It was extremely clean and well appointed. The front deck was very nice and felt private even though you are surrounded by other cottages. The washer/dryer was great and beds were comfortable. Easy walk to sea street beach and sundae school for ice cream. The only upgrade I would suggest is replacing the full bed with a queen.

"Lovely Little House, Great Location"

This house is awesome. It’s perfect for 2 to 3 people. We could smell the ocean every day, and it is literally a 4 minute walk to a great beach (Sea Street Beach.) Plenty of good seafood very close by, and a fantastic restaurant only a 1/2 mile down the road called Ocean House. The house was in great shape, very nice patio deck and outdoor shower.

"great cottage"

Cottage was clean, roomy and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Beds were comfortable... Nice quiet street and a short walk to the beach. HUGE bonus was the new washer/dryer. It meant we could bring less with us and we didn't go home with tons of laundry. We would defiantly stay here again.
