How To Reserve Your Stay With A Martha Murray Rental Agent:
1. Searching For A Property- Please contact our office by phone at 508-394-2114 and one of our friendly Rental Agents will be happy to make recommendations based on your vacation needs.
2. Reserving Your Vacation Home - At the time of making a reservation, we will email you a Rental Agreement. You will need to print, sign and return the lease along with your first payment within 7 days. The first payment will be half of the rent + the $145 booking fee, and any applicable taxes. The remaining rent balance + your cleaning deposit (for first time guests) will then be due 45 days prior to arrival. Please note, if you are coming in less than 45 days, your payment will be due when you make a reservation. We accept cash, check, check by phone, MasterCard and Visa. Checks can be made out to Martha Murray Vacation Rentals.
How To Reserve Your Stay Online:
Our website offers many search features to help you find the perfect vacation home. From the home page, you can start your initial search by choosing: Arrival Date, Departure Date, Sleeps (Occupancy) and Budget.
1. Searching For A Property- Search for an available home based upon the days you are looking to vacation. You may also choose to narrow down your search by selecting specific amenities that you would like in your home. Such amenities can include location (Dennis, West Dennis, Harwich etc), air conditioning (either central air or window a/c), washer/dryer, etc. By selecting particular amenities, it will update the available homes to only show those with the amenities you have selected.
2. View Photos And Description- From the search page click on the property photo, property name, or "View Details" button to view additional photos, read a detailed description, see available amenities, and view the availability calendar.
3. Receive A Quote Or Book Online: Once you have selected the perfect vacation home and selected your vacation dates you may click on the blue "Book Now" button at the top right of each property page. On this page you will see the cost of your vacation rental.
4. NO reservation is final until we contact you to confirm your reservation and send you a Rental Agreement. You will receive a Reservation Confirmation email automatically after you reserve a home. Within 24 hours you will receive a phone call from one of our Rental Agents to confirm your reservation.
A signed copy of the lease must be returned with your payment to:
