"Lovely home"

The house was lovely. It was spacious and clean. Loved the updated kitchen. Would have been nice to have curtains or blinds on the windows in the kitchen and dining area. House was clean and in a good location. Close to our favorite beaches, Mayflower and Corporation. Staff at Martha Murrays was very pleasant to work with. Would return to this house again.

This property is a terrific rental. The home is clean and spacious and has all that is necessary to enjoy your time away. The access to the garage is a huge bonus for us for stir if beach chairs, golf clubs and bikes. The yard is well maintained and very private. The area is quiet. Parking for visitors is a bit difficult as the street is narrow and fairly heavily trafficked. ACs worked extremely well making the house very comfortable. Beaches are not right nearby but a fairly short ride to either bay or ocean beaches.

Had a great vacation at the Cape. We rent different homes when we go and we particularly liked this one. Check in time was 4 o’clock, but we had requested to be able to get in early if possible and we are able to do so with the help of Martha Murray’s excellent staff.
