"Beautiful location "

It is a great place and an upgrade from our usual place we rent. I just thought the deck furniture could be higher quality so yiur not scared it will break. And the bathroom on primary bedroom was a little small to get in and out of.. but we were glad to have it. We were used to central air so the air conditioner in living room was a little loud, but could be turned dow as needed. I really liked the sofas... it was a full and a love seat. Could use a couple more comfortable chairs if 6 people are staying there. There were a lot of stairs to main living area fyi for people not good with stairs. We did not use lower deck much. I loved all the books and views from all upstairs rooms and primary room. Outdoor shower was very roomy but someone could see in it from dining window if they tried. It had nice additional hose for feet. Fans were very nice and lighting in all rooms and outside if needed. There were also lots of beach supplies and an area for keeping those. Could use a drying line instead of having to use dryer. There were lots of things that lit up primary bedroom like ac and clocks so you need something to cover those up if you like the darkness while you sleep. Art and rugs were beautiful.

You can’t beat this location and its incredible views. The upstairs with its large kitchen and dining area and family room ( plus a bathroom) and awesome deck is worth the price

Our recent stay on Spring Rd was wonderful! The home's location can't be beat just steps the beach, it made it so easy to walk back and forth to the house during the day. Martha Murray's customer service is outstanding - we had 2 very small snags during the week and someone was at the house in 15 minutes to correct them both times. We can't wait to return!

We absolutely loved this property. It came equipped with everything you need to cook lavish dinners. It was really nice that they provide six chairs on the upper outside balcony...most places might give you four, leaving two adults standing. Gorgeous view! We can’t wait to return.

Love the app. The best part of the vacation was the weather and the cape itself. We would suggest investing in a decent vacuum as the one there is non-functional. The place would be cleaner if guests could vacuum.
