The main level will have a bedroom with queen bed, attached full bathroom suite and a 1/2 bathroom located in the hallway. The second level of the home offers two additional bedrooms, one with a king bed and another with two twins. A full size bathroom is located in the hallway of the second floor in addition to a full size washer/dryer. Each bedroom will have a TV in addition to the living room, all offering streaming services. Other amenities include air conditioning via mini splits in each bedroom and living area, a spacious enclosed outside shower and gas grill just to name a few. The outside dining is the perfect backdrop to host your Cape Cod BBQ's after a long day on the beach.

This gated community boasts over 600 feet of private beach overlooking Nantucket Sound. It's the ideal spot to sunbathe, swim, fish and have some fun in the sun! There is also a gated community pool and fitness center located right on site.

Special Note: PER HOA ASSOCIATION, YOU MUST YOU MUST BOOK THIS HOME IN TWO WEEK INCREMENTS. NO ONE WEEK RENTAL PERIODS. THERE IS ALSO AN ADDITIONAL RESORT FEE OF $100/WEEK.
