The second level of the home offers three additional bedrooms, including the master with king size bed and TV. Another full size bathroom with stand up shower will be located in the hallway.

Situated in the heart of Dennisport, this lovely village provides plenty of quaint shops, restaurants, ice cream parlors and coffee stops!

"Fourth stay with Martha Murray is our favorite! "

This is the fourth year we have rented a home from Martha Murray and it was our favorite! Six of us stayed in this spacious, clean home. We loved sitting on the porch watching people walk and ride their bikes by in this quiet neighborhood. The proximity to Sea Street Beach was great! Private backyard provided room to store our bikes and a spacious outdoor shower. Kitchen was well-appointed and central a/c kept us cool. Key pad with code to lock the front door is a game changer and allowed us to come and go without worrying about who had the keys. Used the washer and dryer several times. Will definitely return to this property. ����

"Beach Vacation"

Great location, short walk to the beach, great neighborhood to go for walks with beach views along the way. The house is very comfortable, well furnished, and beautiful yard. Everyone had a great time, highly recommend.

"301 Old Warf Rd"

We were very pleased with this property. We have been vacationing at the Cape for over 40 years and this was the best overall place for us. Our kids will be looking for someplace close enough to walk to us.

"Martha Murray/Old Wharf Road Property"

The property is beautiful—very roomy and in great condition. The location was fabulous. We had an incident that marred the vacation. We were not given keys to the front door and were locked out on the first evening. The reps for Martha Murray were very unprofessional. First, they told us they did not have a backup key and their maintenance man was summoned. He stopped by the office (which was closed Sunday evening) and did find a key. When we later informed Martha Murray of our dismay, their response was condescending and irresponsible. We were told that at most, we were kept waiting an hour. Who are they to value our time and trivialize the emotions we were experiencing? They also claimed they had far too many new properties to inspect and place proper expectations on the homeowners. When I share my experience with friends and family, they are horrified. We were left stranded at 7 PM. What if it had been midnight? What if I was traveling alone? The property should not have been rented without keys.
Additionally, the home was not very clean. There was a fine layer of dust on all surfaces and a lot of dust accumulated under the beds. There was black slime under the kitchen sink strainer. During my first shower, the upstairs shower was not draining. I pulled out the 'Tubshroom' and it was clogged with hair (I have a photo). Also, the two shower shelves were covered with a layer of slime. They were above eye level so it was not visible, but you immediately felt it when reaching for your shampoo bottle.
During the process of renting the property and settling in, the staff was lovely. It's too bad they could not maintain that level of professionalism.
