Description

This cozy cape cod cottage with a 5x8 front screened porch is located just 150 feet to Sea Street beach. Full Bath with tub and outdoor enclosed shower. Property has a shared swimming pool for tenant use only. Other amenities window a/c in each bedroom ,cable TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, dishwasher and stove/oven. Both a Keurig and Drip coffee maker! Cute yard with gas grill, picnic table with umbrella and Adirondack chairs. Because of the owner's allergic reaction to smoke there is NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY I.E.(NO SMOKING INSIDE THE COTTAGE, PORCH, OR IN THE YARD) . There is a $200 fully refundable smoking deposit with this home. If caught smoking, a $200 cleaning charge will be assessed to your account and you may be removed from the cottage with no refund.

This house is perfect. Location can't be beat as both the beach and a pool is a stone's throw away, literally! House is immaculate, air conditioners were just added, and we have all that we need inside the house. We called on Saturday about a broken toilet seat (just not attached, not broken) and the Martha Murray had someone there in less than an hour. Can't wait to return .

I believe we have rented this location for the last 4 or 5 years. It is fantastic. Ultra clean, we have the supplies we need, but best of all, we are a stone's throw from both the beach and a pool that our cottage is allowed to use. We have rented in the Cape for over 30 years and this remains one of our top locations.

This cottage was just perfect for the four of us! So close to everything especially the beach! We would go up to the beach every day and at night we would sit down on the beach it was incredible!! The only negative that my husband would say about this place was there was no air-conditioning... which I was fine with but he really likes him air conditioning. We would absolutely recommend!

The home was beautiful and in immaculate condition. I have been vacationing on this street for over 25 years!!! My childhood best friends parents used to own the first house on the street (the Dunn’s) so needless to say it’s my favorite destination. Having both the pool and the beach is a huge convenience, especially with children. Also, when we had an issue with the cable, the agent came out immediately to assist us!!! You guys were amazing thank you!!!

"Summer Getaway"

The week was awesome and this was our second time staying here. The location couldn’t be any better only 88 steps from the beach and within walking distance to many food establishments such as Joeys pizza, sailing cow for breakfast and sundae school for desert. The cottage is very cozy and comfortable with a screened in porch and outdoor shower. The Martha Murray staff is great to work with and very professional. Look forward to returning again next year.

The wifi was not reliable and was not fast by today's standards. A couch that is more resistant to wear and tear would be nice. Other than that, everything was great.
