Charming cottage with screened porch and patio .3 miles to Haigis beach. Vaulted ceiling and skylight in living room. Home includes flat screen TV, WiFi, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer and O/S shower. Window ac in each bedroom! Gas grill, picnic table and lawn chairs are also provided. The back yard is shared with small cottages. PLEASE NOTE: This home has a shower only, no tub.

The house was very clean and the location was great. There were a few things that we didn't love. The hot water ran out very fast, so we had to shower in shifts. There was no AC in the living area (which it did state) however, it was extremely hot and it is inexpensive to add an extra unit for a house that size. The bunk bed, if you have smaller children does not have a rail on it, so we had to put it on the floor. It also didn't have a toaster.
Other than those things it was a cute home.

Found the location to be convenient. Property was clean and well maintained. Only slight complaint was some uncomfortable wicker chairs in the living room and an extremely narrow shower indoors. Nothing observed would make me hesitant to recommend this property to any interested renter.

Good location. Comfortable and clean. Remote device for DVD player did not work. Lint trap in dryer was full. That is a potential safety hazard.

The cottage is very well laid out with ample space for the 5 of us. The appliances all worked well and the beds were comfortable. Would rent this again!

"Nice clean family beach rental "

This was a clean well furnished beach house rental. It was convenient to be able to walk to the beach and a very short drive to nice local restaurants. Dennisport is our favorite Cape Cod town to visit because everything is so convenient. Having laundry in the home was also great to keep up with beach towels during our stay. Martha Murray always has a vacation house for our needs and the friendly staff make sure you are all set for a great vacation.

A perfect location for a small family- 3 adults and two little boys. plenty of space in the house to spread out with a sun porch and back yard. Everything in the house worked, a/c in bedrooms took out the dampness. Great to walk to the beach- Hagis beach. No surprises

House was fine for three adults and two kids. A screened in sun porch extended living area. Patio was a little exposed to the neighbors especially the outdoor shower but it was ok. It was great to walk to beach because parking fees greatly increased.
