Guests of this cozy three bedroom Dennisport cottage will enjoy the use of Oak Street shared private beach (.3 miles away)! Amenities include stack washer and dryer in the eat in kitchen, cable flat screen TV, WiFi and air conditioning split units in all bedrooms, living room and kitchen to keep you cool on those hot summer days! Nice yard with enclosed outdoor shower, gas grill, patio table and chairs. Conveniently located near Woolfies bakery, The Pelham House Restaurant, Southside Cantina, Chapin's Restaurant and Cleat and Anchor.

"Cape beach trip 2024"

We thoroughly enjoyed our rental at 7 Oak Street. Conveniently located close to the private beach on oak street was key- we were able to walk to the beach everyday with our little one, and walk back home in time for nap time! Perfect for our family of 3 and definitely room for another 2 more adults if needed. Fully stocked kitchen which helped saved money instead of eating out every day. We loved the backyard because it was fenced in- gave us peace of mind with a toddler running around. Overall, a great house for a small family. Would 100% recommend!

This house is perfect for our family, 3 crazy kids with a fenced in backyard...yes please!!! Keurig and regular pot available plus all utensils/pantry. Short walk to a beautiful beach...via stairs. Will definitely stay again!

"Stay at 7 Oak"

This is a great location! We love the private beach because we don’t have to get up early and rush to get a good spot at the beach. There’s always room and it’s an easy walk. The backyard is great for kids to run around, wash off and plenty of yard/beach toys. We ate most of our meals on the table outside and the grill is perfect for a night in. 3 bedrooms work great for our family, I just wish the queen mattress was comfier! The house is in walking distance to many great restaurants- we love The Wee Packet, Woofies, Chapins, and Doghouse. All very family friendly. We also like visiting Seaview park with the kids and finding crabs on the rail trail. This is a great family location and we look forward to coming back every year!

My brother family and my family have come to Dennisport , Cape Cod for more than 10 years. The same week and the same house. We love Cape Cod, we love Dennisport. The house is a big enough for two families. A fully loaded kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a big living room with the 65” LED Samsung TV. Fast WI-FI and all bunch of your favorites tv channels. The central AC system keep you cool and comfortable in every room. The washing machine and the dryer very helpful. The parking for two cars is a very convenient. 10 minutes walk to the private beach.
We want to come back to Cape Cod next year!

"Great Family Vacation "

We love staying at 7 Oak. It is in the perfect location- a quick walk to the private beach and our favorite restaurants (Woofies, Wee Packet, Dog House and Sunday School). It’s a close drive to many places our family enjoys - Sea View Park/playground, Pirate Adventure in Hyannis, Indian Lands Conservation, and The Cape Codder water park for rainy days. Love that the house has a washer, dryer, AC, fire pit, and new outdoor seating. There are all the kitchen amenities we needed, including k-cup and traditional coffee makers. Twin and full beds are all firm and good to sleep on. The queen is a little saggy with two people. The backyard is perfect for a family, space for the kids to play and enough beach toys and chairs to leave yours at home. The house was clean enough when we arrived, but definitely not spotless. We expect a little sand to be leftover but there were cobwebs in the corners and dust/buildup on lesser used surfaces. I always do a quick clean when we arrive, so not a huge deal. We have every intention of returning next year because the house has everything we need and we LOVE the location. Everyone at Martha Murray is always incredibly hospitable and helpful with all our needs. 7 Oak is a great family vacation home!

We’ve been staying in Dennisport for more 10 years. We always come on the same week in August. We’ve enjoyed our stay every time we are in Cape Cod. We’ve rented this house for the past three years and we like it very much. Nice and clean. Fully loaded kitchen. Beautiful back yard where we enjoy our food. Close to the beach.
Hopefully we’ll come back again.

We love staying in this home! The location is perfect for a family. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and a quick drive to walking/biking paths and other family activities. The yard is great and the home has all the basic needs. The queen mattress is not the most comfortable but the rest are great. We will definitely return!

We loved the rental and are looking forward to the possibity of renting again next year. We need to figure out somethings on our end. It was right across the street from the house owned by our friends. It had easy access to the beach.
