It was a wonderful rental. Top drawer in every way. Loved the house and backyard area. Very clean with everything that would be needed. All the appliances well maintained. I would definitely stay there again. Has a homey atmosphere. Enjoyed my stay.

This was our first year in 90 Michaels, and we were very impressed with the home. It was accommodating to us and our teenage children. The porch with a tv was a bonus for us, as that was a nice place for my husband and I to spend at night together with a drink before bed. The central air was a plus! The home has definitely been well cared for. The distance to the beach was less than a 20 minutes walk, so we saved money on parking, since we had a beach cart to carry our stuff. And at night, it was such a beautiful night walk to the beach. Thank you for allowing us to rent your home!

The central air conditioning installation was a lovely addition. We have enjoyed seven summers in this home and are already looking forward to our return in the summer of 2017! It is beautiful, well cared for home that is everything we are looking for in a vacation home. The mattress on the queen bed is showing the effects of age and use.
