"Perfect!!!!"

The house, location and amenities were perfect!!!
We were looking for a big space, close to the beach, fun and relaxing and the house hit every mark!!!
The hosts left the house with supplies and everything we needed from laundry baskets, to trash bags and beach chairs!!!!!
We definitely plan on returning next year!!!

"Great stay"

First time for us at 150 Lower County and for sure not the last. We had an absolutely amazing time. The house was beyond our expectations in so many ways. Location, size, amenities, the breeze, plus so much more. I grew up coming and living on the cape my whole life. I worked at Pirates' Cove and "A little bit of love" gift store. I am a Cape girl at heart and wanted my kids to have the same amazing memories that I had. This house has provided them exactly that. We have friends that live on Terry and Juniper so we shared many beach days and laughs. Thank you for giving us the perfect spot.

This is a wonderful house with tons of space to entertain, and a charming front sun room with a nice cross breeze for those hot summer nights. The outdoor grill and picnic table, along with all the outdoor chairs, were great. There were even beach chairs to borrow and beach toys for the kids. The extra large outdoor shower and plethora of spigots and hoses around the exterior of the house meant cleaning up for the beach was a piece of cake.

Great house, yard, furnishings and location. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time. Great beach for kids and weather cooperated just fine, but set up of house and area, would all for many activities if we needed to be indoors. A return visit is hopefully in order

Great accommodation, clean, spacious and bright, only a short walk to the beach. House was big enough for 4 adults and 3 kids, and had everything we needed - it met our every need.

Also we've used Martha Murray Vacation Rentals in the past and would highly recommend them, just a great experience dealing with them.
