Situated in this desirable Bayside neighborhood, you will find yourself having access to three Bayside beaches! Along Breakwater Road, you will find Breakwater and Upper Breakwater beaches which are public and also the shared/private Breakwater Acres Beach.

Amenities include central air conditioning, washer/dryer located in the basement, dishwasher, gas grill and open outside shower just to name a few!

Special Note: Please know there is a chair lift that is located in the home and runs along the side of the stairway leading to the 2nd level. This is not for tenant use, but will remain in the home during the rental season.

This rental was on a quiet pond, and the beach on Cape Cod Bay was just a short walk away. The house itself was in great shape and had comfortable furnishings. In short, it was a nice, well-maintained place in a great location. Very quiet and comfortable. Great place to chill with family and explore the Cape.
