"Neat clean home"

We enjoyed our stay on Glendon Rd. The house seems to have been completely remodeled and is in excellent shape. The backyard is fenced in and very roomy. The interior was extremely clean. The house is a 6 minute walk to the beach. As an FYI, there is no beach equipment on the premises.

The outdoor shower is clean and located on concrete and was a welcome addition over the slightly slippery tub in the house. Seating around the outdoor dining table was comfortable and we enjoyed the clean grill and firepit. Inside seating on the couch was comfortable. The inside dining table is a picnic table and benches, so you may have an aching back after sitting there for awhile.

Two suggestions for the owners: add some slip-prevention strips to the tub and perhaps add chairs to the dining table.

Overall, we enjoyed the house and had an excellent stay!

"Beautiful home would rent again!"

We loved everything about this home! It was perfect for our family get away. We would definitely rent again.
Since it was the end of the season a few things need to be checked on or fixed/ replaced. The dryer did not work. The grill was full of grease. Ceiling fans needed needed to be dusted.

"No one wanted to leave this Cape Cod cottage."

The quality renovations did not go unnoticed. Gleaming wood floors (albeit original because the floor slanted a little, lol), open floor plan, granite counter tops and top of the line appliances. Plenty of space for the whole family. Central AC was so nice! Enjoyed many means in the outdoor dining area. Loved the outdoor shower! Beautiful patio - enjoyed making s’mores under the stars. Only thing is the head of the bed in the master needs to be raised a little to compensate for the slant in the floor to make it even. I wish it were a quarter mile closer to the beach but the half mile walk to the beach helped me burn off the extra calories from visiting Sundae School, the Dog House, Joey’s Pizza, Swan River Seafood Restaurant and the Cleat & Anchor. I could retire at this beautiful property! No one wanted our vacation to end. Thank you to the owners for sharing your little piece of heaven.
