Duck, Duck… Duck! This lovely home is nestled on a quiet lane in West Dennis, with water views and access to Kelley's Pond.

The first level features a comfortable family room, separate den with TV, dining room , updated galley kitchen and half bathroom. At the other end of the home you will find the master bedroom with a King size bed. Off the family room will be the 2nd bedroom with two twins and a full size bathroom located in the hallway with a standing shower (no tub). Up the stairs, you will find a spacious loft area equipped with a Queen size bed and peeks of Kelley's Pond.

This is a perfect spot to bring or rent your own kayak and spend the days on the pond; fishing, relaxing and bird watching! If you can pull yourself away from the pond, you will also find West Dennis Beach just down the road, only .8 mile. The sunsets will not disappoint!

"A Perfect Vacation"

"We loved staying at this property and had a truly wonderful experience. The property was warm, welcoming, quiet, comfortable, and private. The lake view was beautiful. The property was also conveniently located. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well stocked. The house was well set up, just the size for 6 adults. The house instruction binder and internet instructions were also very helpful!
Martha Murray’s communication was great, called to inform us that the property was ready before check-in. Our entire experience was great. Thanks again for sharing your wonderful home.

Clean, spacious home. Relaxing deck/patio leads to private dock on pond. Perfect for kayaking, fishing or a quick dip after the beach. One mile, easy walk to West Dennis Beach. Enclosed outdoor shower, central AC and washer/dryer make your stay comfortable.

The property was very clean and location is excellent. Very private, with access to the beautiful pond. House is very comfortable. Great stay!
