"Nice Little House"

This was a nice little house that easily accomodated 2 adults in 2 separate room and 2 children sleeping in the room with a twin and a full.
Locataion is ideal for what we like to do in Cape Cod - not a long drive to many of the beaches we visit. It was very quiet and peaceful! Nice, safe neighborhood.
Beds were pretty comfortable.
House was clean. It was a little dated perhaps, but no big deal. Water pressure was good. AC units, washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven/stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster all worked well. Plumbing seemed fine, garbage pickup was easy. TV worked well too, but as in description, it only has streaming services (so you need a subscription.)
This isn't a luxury house. It's great for people with young kids that don't need a super fancy place, and would rather be in a good location. It has what you need to cook some simple meals, take a nice shower, and have a good night's sleep.
Some things to note: there are only 3 AC window units (queen BR, double twin BR, and dining room).
Property managers were great to work with and were very responsive!
Driveway is only big enough to fit one vehicle. The WIFI is very slow (although they planned to get that fixed - we were there during the July 4th week, so they couldn't get anyone out).

We had a really nice stay in this house. It was clean and had nearly everything we needed. We especially like the neighborhood and the central location to all our needs.

Great house! A little far with traffic to beaches, but off the Main Street and close to stores and a nice walking park. Would stay again. Nice house and very comfortable.

"15 Coventry Way is the Best!"

We absolutely love working with Martha Murray and love returning to the Cape and 15 Coventry Way!
We have been coming and returning to the same rental for 5 years and will continue to do so !
It is a well maintained homey environment minutes from the beach as well as other attractions.
If there were any questions/ concerns which were far and few between , Martha Murray / Owner handled it immediately.
We can’t wIt to return next year and some day God willing reside in Cape Cod !

"August 2021 Vacation House"

This is a nice house in a quiet neighborhood on a quiet street. This house has many nice amenities. We had beautiful weather the entire week; & had a wonderful vacation. Only complaint is there is only 2 garbage cans which fills up very fast.

This is a great home with a great location. There are stores near by, the beaches are within a short drive and located in a great neighborhood. The neighborhood is s great place to go for walks and has friendly people. The home is roomy and holds 7 people comfortably. This is the second year my family has rented this cottage, which we love and consider our home away from the home.

"2021 CapeVacation"

This was our 4th year renting from Martha Murray Vacation Rentals and the 3rd year staying at 15 Coventry Way check in and out could not be any easier, and this year I received a call saying my rental was ready ahead of the 4pm check in time so we were able to check in quicker this year! Rental was same as years past, clean and we find located close to all we like on the Cape, it's in a quiet setting and fits our needs truth be told we do not spend a lot of time at the rental house as we are out enjoying the Cape most of the week but would recommend using Martha Murray to anyone who would like a hassle free rental while enjoying a vacation on Cape Cod!

"2020 Cape Vacation"

This was our 2nd year renting this home and again we found house and location great for our visit to the cape! Martha Murray cannot make things much easier as this year because of Covid-19 we did not even have to leave our car! Upon arrival Martha Murray informed me they had sent workers to fix a leak under Kitchen Sink,Workers were fix said leak when we arrived,very professional i might add, House was clean and as listed,bonus this house is in a quiet neighborhood! it is in a central location to most everything the Cape has to offer, there's a park down the street,the bike trail is not far away and with it's central location the Capes beaches are never far away.We enjoyed catching a few Cape League Baseball games while here also. Nice location to enjoy a week on Cape Cod!
