Cute little cottage very close to Sea Street Beach - quiet, dead end road. Walking distance to a few local restaurants and the town beach. Clean, cozy, comfortable. We visit in the "off season" so it was very quiet. Nice.

Nice tidy cabin. Ideal size for 2 adults. We used the second bedroom for our luggage as storage space was limited. The window aircon kept the place at a fairly comfortable temperature although it wasn’t very hot outside.

We found the bed extremely uncomfortable as it was so soft but that may be a personal preference.

We absolutely loved our stay at 16 Beach Hills. All of the comforts were there - TV with streaming service, high speed internet, gas stove, ample hot water, toaster, microwave, pots, pans, utensils, board games, and more. There were even amenities provided that we didn’t use but would be great for others - pack n play, space heater, window AC unit, etc. The home was always comfortable and all of the windows (that are in excellent condition) provided that perfect September Cape breeze. We toured this home when it was for sale in 2019 and we were so impressed when we saw how many improvements were made in the home. The kitchen was gorgeous and so functional and we love how it was more open to the living area. All of this just yards to the beach. Martha Murray made the whole transaction so smooth and always provided great commmunication. This home was truly a gem and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for that quintessential Cape cotttage.

I loved this cottage and have already booked for next year! Beautiful location, only steps from the Sea Street Beach. Cottage was very clean and well-appointed. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. A few minor electrical issues, and there was very little room left to store my belongings for a two week stay: minor complaints for an experience that was awesome overall.

Cute Little Cottage. Kitchen well-equipped. Queen bed very comfy. Nice outdoor space. Close to beach and restaurants. Great location for daytrips to all corners of the Cape. It is very small, with no storage space, DW or laundry. But who needs that on the cape? we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
