The second floor offers three inviting bedrooms and a handy hallway bathroom. There's even a full size washer/dryer for your convenience. Each room boasts lovely Cape Cod decor. Keep in mind, the vintage charm comes with a slanted ceiling, which you'll pass through to get to the twin bedroom and bathroom/laundry.

The exterior of the home won't disappoint! Relax on the brick patio, dine outside, or have fun in the detached garage with a ping pong table and TV. Perfect for family time with lots of room to spread out.

Enjoy a morning walk to charming shops and cafes. Dennis Pond is just 0.4 mile away, ideal for swimming, fishing and kayaking. Even with Resident only parking, walking or drop off is a breeze. Don't miss Gray's Beach, 2 miles away, known for stunning sunsets and a lovely boardwalk.

Special Notes about the home: Please know there are some height restrictions/low ceilings in the kitchen, Queen and Full bedrooms. Please inquire for more details. Also, the TV's will be streaming only, no cable. No outside shower.
