Description

Lovely, bright and breezy two bedroom home, sleeping 4, located in West Yarmouth neighborhood, walking distance to free beach located at the end of the street 0.4 miles. You can also explore Seagull Beach 1.8 miles and Smugglers Beach 3.4 miles.

Home boasts hardwood floors throughout, comfortable family room, two smart TVs, separate dining room off the fully equipped kitchen, gas grill, outdoor seating on spacious deck, and enclosed outdoor shower. Washing machine is bulkhead access only, no dryer. Home has a great clothesline! There is a Mitsubishi mini split air conditioning unit in the living room to cool the home during those warm summer days. Each bedroom will have an AC for 2025.

Conveniently located near restaurants along Route 28. Family favorites include Keltic Kitchen, 99 Restaurant, and The Yarmouth House to name a few, all within walking distance from the house. Cape Cod Rail Trail is a short drive down Higgins Crowell 2.4 miles, access at Mid Tech Drive. For the sports enthusiast bring your basketball, hoop is in the driveway.

"Preston Way in West Yarmouth"

Our stay at 2 Preston Way in West Yarmouth was heavenly! The house is everything you want when on vacation. It was clean and well kept and had all the comforts of home. The deck in the backyard was where we spent most of our time. There was always a lovely breeze from morning until night. We drank our coffee every morning out on the deck and listened to the birds. It was very peaceful. The house is an easy walk to the beach, so we got in the habit of walking down to the beach around sunset! One of my favorite features of the house was the amazing outdoor shower. I can't recommend this house enough!

The house was very nice. The deck and outdoor shower were great. We could not find the umbrella for the table on the deck. It was so hot that week we went and bought one. There were 3 toasters and 2 of them were moldy the 3rd toaster you had to hold down the button. The house was clean and set up great. We had a great time. Thanks

We had a great stay. The house was clean, had a nice deck, outdoor shower was an added bonus!
The neighborhood was quiet, great walking, beach down the street. The house is perfect for family with 2 or 3 children.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our rental was in a great location. We could walk to the beach and it was only a short drive from many other places we visited. The place was clean and we enjoyed the deck and backyard as well.

"Awesome home in quiet location"

I would recommend staying at this rental property to anyone who is planning a getaway to Cape Cod. It is centrally located in Cape Cod and convenient to any beach or attraction. This home is very clean and perfect for a family of 5 or less. There is every amenity that you would possibly need except for linens. It's a quiet neighborhood and great for walking or bike riding. There is a small beach a block away that we enjoyed walking to at night right before sunset. Bring your fishing rod and fish in the river as the sun sets. Beautiful and serene!! Totally loved our stay, it was so relaxing. An added bonus is the nice big back porch with plenty of room to each meals at and an outdoor shower. My teens really enjoyed the outdoor shower! We would recommend this home to anyone! Loved it!

"Great Cottage"

I loved staying here. The house was clean and had what we needed: great grill, outdoor shower. The bedrooms were well ventilated, all hard wood, no mold, comfortable mattresses, TV, all one needed. Best of all it was close to the bay which was probably the warmest swimming on a beach. I loved the Cape and traveled from here, swam in fresh water lakes. I would rent the house again.

"Wonderful Vacation"

We had a wonderful week on the Cape and absolutely loved the vacation home. The house was immaculately clean with many thoughtful touches such as books, magazines and movies. The location was ideal as the house is set on a quiet corner lot with more than enough outdoor space. We spent several evenings grilling and relaxing on the deck while enjoying the breeze off Lewis bay. The proximity to every thing on the cape was also ideal. A 10-15 minute bike ride to Seagull beach and minutes to great restaurants, mini golf, and shopping. We will certainly consider, well actually look forward to, renting here next season. We have been vacationing on the Cape for almost 30 years without a doubt this was the most enjoyable time yet.

"Wonderful home in a perfect area! "

My family and I had an amazing vacation this year. This is our first year not having a summer home, and I started looking on the Cape and found this treasure. The home was just like the photos, even better. The owner left us great instructions for the house and all surrounding attractions (including: beaches, bike routes, and restaurants. Just to name a few). My children and I biked and walked everywhere and took small day trips. We came back feeling like we were coming home. Our hope is to rent this wonderful home again next year!

We had a GREAT week in West Yarmouth. Just a short 5 minute walk to the beaches, and short drive to many stores and restaurants. The house was very clean and well appointed (cute décor, too). "Perfection!"

This was absolutely by far the most wonderful week I have had. The house, the neighborhood, and proximity to the beaches is just perfect. I have two young children and the beach is just down the street. The walk gives you time to enjoy the beauty of the quiet neighborhood. Downtown Hyannis is a short drive away, and the location is perfect for all the Cape has to offer. The house itself is warm, welcoming, and so peaceful. The yard has beautiful hydrangeas and a gorgeous back deck. To be able to relax in a home setting instead of a hotel made the trip even more relaxing and fun. Highly recommended.. you will LOVE this house!!

"Lovely Home"

We love visiting the Cape and prefer to stay in homes rather than hotels. This home was clean, comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk to a quaint beach on Lewis Bay. It is close to a ton of our favorite restaurants, shops, and state beaches, so we could not have been happier with the location. We loved that the homeowner provided a binder full of recommendations for us as well, so we were able to try new things too! We also loved that there was a grill in the backyard so we could cook at home too. The outdoor shower was fantastic! It was spacious and clean and we loved the option of showering outside after a hot day at the beach! The back deck was also a great place to relax in the evenings with a nice cold beverage! Joanie was a great host. We loved staying in her home and would definitely stay again in the future!
