"32Teal Circle"

A great location, close to all our favorite places on the Cape. Convenient to Rte 6 and 6A.

Downside to the whole place was the queen bed was so high of the floor that my wife used their step stool to get into bed. Difficulty figuring out the TV , printed directions would have been helpful.

That said we had a great time but would not rent this location again because of the overly high bed. Thank you

The vacation rental was perfect for our week! Close to many restaurants and right off main roads to get to the beach! The home comfortable! Nice outdoor space as well after a day of exploring the cape and beaches!

Everything was great- our house was ready early, it was so clean! And the linens we rented were there waiting for us. The location was close to everything but not really walking distance. Such a charming house, BBQ grill, outdoor shower, sitting area in the yard.

"Beautiful Family Vacation Memories"

We spent a heavenly week at Teal Circle 32. The home is very comfortable and cozy. Nice and bright on a quiet street. Centrally located and easy to get to all your favorite places. The teenagers LOVED the outdoor shower. A lovely shady backyard where you can relax or enjoy your dinner grilled on the provided grill.
This is a great rental for anyone who enjoys the quiet beauty after a busy day. Very comfortable and clean. Would definitely love to come back!

"Cute and comfy with a few minor issues"

This is a very cute and comfy house with central air. The beds could use an upgrade. Also, if you plan on doing laundry, understand that the washer/dryer are in the basement with the only access is outside and down some steep steps. The kitchen is fine but lacks most kitchen utensils such as cutting knives. However, the location is great and the area is wonderful.

"Outdoor Shower Rocked"

Overall a comfortable and peaceful ranch house, despite a neighbor who seemed to want to mow his lawn daily! Neighborhood was quiet, for the most part (except for a different neighbor to the back, talking about other renters!). The house was clean, if a little small (adjacent bedrooms), well-appointed, and the central air was important to the mom in the house. Grill had enough propane, paper supplies were ample, and the location between Dennisport and Rte 28 was perfect. We loved discovering all that goes on throughout Lower County Road, away from the traffic between Harwich and Yarmouth, including West Dennis Beach, whose wideness and layout of the parking lot enables beachgoers to have proximity to the vehicle. And that outdoor shower was excellent. Also loved the safety of the neighborhood, bikes secure through vacation. The backyard was spacious and well-shaded. Bulkhead laundry room spooked my wife, but the staff at MM was extremely accommodating regarding this and all other questions we had through the two-week stay. A very positive experience.

MMVR knows how to take care of their customers. The staff is knowledgeable in the area of hospitality. They anticipate the needs of the guests ahead of time. Because of the heat wave we experienced, we were fortunate enough to have central ac in the rental cottage. However, we managed to get a few paddles in the Bass River which was lovely. We also visited the JFK museum in Hyannis.

The rental property was great. It was close to everything, beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The house was very comfortable and just as advertised. Best Part of Your Vacation: Very nice and quiet neighborhood allowed us to catch up on some much needed R & R.
