"Beautiful & Clean!"

The house was well-maintained and comfortable. Bathrooms were tiny, but functional. Description lists a Keurig but it was a drip coffee maker. Very close to West Dennis Beach!

"Another grat summer"

Hi, we have been renting 44 Shore Road for 5 years now. Twice this summer and have already signed a rental agreement for the first of 2 weeks next summer. It's perfect for us with our severely mentally challenged son. Our only issue this summer was the gas grill had NO propane in either tank and we were forced to throw away about $50 in chicken and beef. We very much look forward to next summer.

We had the best time during our stay at 44 Shore Road. We have been coming to West Dennis for over 30 years and it continues to impress us.

The house is just as the pictures show and more. Fabulous location 2 blocks to the beach, walking distance to several fun places to eat and drink with water views. Totally updated, beautifully appointed. Very clean and well maintained. The outside shower was perfect for overflow, as there is only one inside shower. Everything you need to cook with is supplied, appliances are all new. Great big kitchen table to gather around. Also a nice table outside for BBQ times. The hosts also supplied beach chairs and inside soap, TP, paper towels and trash bags. Very pleasant surprise, and appreciated! We loved our stay and will be back.

"Perfect!"

The house has it all; location, amenities, decor, & size! The bedroom configuration fit our needs, the outdoor shower had excellent water pressure, the kitchen stocked with all necessities & pleasant room temperatures. And close to the beach!
The one minor inconvenience was the lack of shade in the backyard. There is also construction directly across the street but the house has decent enough sound proofing to minimize the noise.

We loved 44 Shore Road. Beautiful place. The tornado knocked out our power but for only 26 hours. Great yard and gas grill was great to cook-out.

No towel bars were in the bathrooms which made it difficult. Would recommend putting in towel bars. Also the mirror in the full bathroom is on the opposite site of the sink, which made it difficult for males shaving.

We really enjoyed the house and the location. It was a short walk to West Dennis Beach. The house was nicely decorated and was well stocked. They should add beach chairs for those families that travel by plane and cannot bring chairs. We enjoyed the house though!

Loved the decor and the updates made to the house. It was cozy and welcoming. I would suggest that the owner have beach chairs available for renters as we traveled by plane and could not bring chairs. Also, we had a hot week, would suggest some trees planted or additional shade for the back yard.

Weather was fantastic! Bathrooms need some towel bars. Only one bath has a mirror, need mirror in other bathroom also.
