Upon entering the home you will find a comfortable living area that flows into the well equipped kitchen. From there you will find a light and bright dining area, the ideal spot to have your morning coffee or play late night games with the family.

The renovated master suite boasts a King size bed, brand new bathroom with stand up shower and additional sleeping with a twin bed. Off the hallway you will find another bedroom with a Queen and twin, a 2nd bathroom and stackable washer/dryer. Amenities will include window air conditioning in each bedroom as well as the sunporch.

The outdoor space features a patio table and chairs, perfect for those Cape Cod BBQ's, wood fire pit with Adirondack seating and an enclosed outside shower.

Conveniently positioned in the heart of Dennisport, this home is walking distance to many local favorites as well. You are just a short distance away from Woolfie's Bakery, Wee Packet, Ice Cream spots and more!

Special Notes: Home offers streaming services only, no cable. Bathrooms have stand up showers only, no bathtubs.

We always have a great time at the Cape. Great cottage that had all necessary amenities. Close to the beach and other locations.

House was as described, clean and cool. Kitchen was well stocked. The cinder-block fire pit had been removed, and that was a disappointment to us. IT was a quick walk to the beach, and the beach was not overcrowded.

"Great location but needs updates"

Walk to free small beach and town. Backyard is cool: fire pit, lots of seating, outdoor shower, clothes line. Inside has ups and downs. Ups: AC, big couch with big tv, master bedroom bed was comfy, dining room. Downs: lighting is bizarre and very harsh in most rooms (bright transparent bulbs without shades - so bright in master bedroom, we couldn't stand to turn them on), washer can only be with cold water (couldn't get some clothes clean), living room is small, the mattresses in the kid room were very bad - you could feel the bunkbed slats through the mattress - had to sleep on top of comforters and blankets)

Renting a summer cottage with Martha Murray was easy! The cottage was clean and tidy and the online pictures were accurate. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and a delicious bakery and coffee shop. It was also within walking distance to ice cream, restaurants and mini-golf. We had a wonderful beach getaway.

This property was great for our family, however needs a few updates. I would definitely recommend it to anyone with kids. It has a great back yard and the location was fantastic for going on a walk or letting kids ride their bikes.
