My family has been renting this property for years. The property is very well maintained, clean, has AC in all rooms, kitchen is clean and stocked with everything you need if you are into cooking on your vacation. All the appliances are in working order. We have never had any issues during our stay.

The cottage was very clean and has every amenity. We took daily walks to the beach. Great location since it is close enough to the beach that we could walk and also close enough to walk to a convenience store (Don's One Stop) and to the Dog House restaurant.

Great location walking distance from the beach. House was clean and had everything I needed. Only thing I would recommend to other visitors is to bring a sleep mask. The skylight in the master bedroom is very bright.

Wonderful cottage. TV and WIFI worked great! Comfortable with everything we needed. Nice location can walk to the beach. Only drawback is the skylight in the bedroom, you need a really good sleep mask.

We would recommend 45 Lawrence Rd. as a wonderful place to stay in Dennis. It is close to the beach. There are tons of wonderful restaurants and fun places nearby. It is well-equipped and very clean.

Nice clean cottage. Open floor plan with plenty of space. The living room window does not have a curtain. The master bedroom has a sky light, so bring a sleep mask. 16 minute walk to the beach was nice.

Great service and friendly. When we checked in we found the house in ship-shape except for the gas grill. It obviously was burnt-out and needed replacement. I notified Martha Murray Rentals and they delivered a brand new 4 burner Char Broil grill and removed the broken one. Fantastic service. We will definitely be back to do business with Martha Murray.

This is our third time using MMVR for our Cape cod vacation, and we would not use any other agency. I love that there are not a ton of additional fees (such as when we used to go to the Outer Banks...fees would just about equal half of the rent!)

We stay in this house ever summer for the last 6+ years, usually for a 2 week period. We absolutely love the house and the yard. It has everything we are looking for- private master bedroom, 2 baths, washer/dryer, dishwasher, high speed internet connection, modern TV. Everything is in working order. Location is very convenient- you can walk to all local beaches and convenient stores- yes there are sidewalks.
