OCEAN EDGE CONDO UNIT!!! Billington Village B style townhouse with straight staircase leading to master bedroom loft with queen bed and extra full size bed. Updated glass enclosed shower in upstairs bath. Downstairs bedroom has bunk beds and full size bed. Dining room seats 6. Flat screen TV above fireplace central air conditioning. Kitchen has new Bosch dishwasher. Enjoy the sliders out to a furnished patio which overlooks 18th hole tee box. Gas grill, washer, dryer, wifi. Two miles to beautiful Cape Cod Bay Beaches and Nickerson State Park, along with nearby access to bike trail, National Seashore, and Nantucket Sound Beaches.

Special note: NO Pool passes or sports packages will be available for purchase for this rental. Also, no outside shower.

"Welcome Home"

We were very fortunate to secure this property on short notice. We frequently have overflow when our children and grandchildren come the same week. Our son brought his family all the way from Austria. They were ready to camp out on the floor in sleeping bags. Imagine their surprise when they realized they had beds to sleep in! They are on their way to see America well rested and happy to have experienced the Cape as their father did all those years ago! Thank You Martha Murray Realty.

This was our 2nd year staying here. Everything was great. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Especially liked the call regarding getting in a couple hours sooner since the place was ready to go. Martha Murray Group was fantastic. Weather was great the entire week which made the trip even nicer. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Everything about our stay was great. Location was perfect as we frequent Crosby Beach for most of our trip. Just a short drive away. Condo was nicely equipped with everything we needed and very clean. Would definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Brewster. The home was super clean, nicely decorated and close to beaches, restaurants, etc. Beds were comfortable and it was great having a washer/dryer. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the outdoor patio. I would highly recommend this vacation rental for families with children, a girls weekend or two couples. Great stay overall!

We have a family of four. The unit is spacious, plenty of beds for everyone. Upstairs bathroom is updated with modern features such as glass shower door and double showerheads. The unit is beautiful with lots of owners personal touches. The unit is well decorated throughout. It gives a true feel of vacation home. We loved overlooking the golf course from the living room. The whole resort is well maintained. Landscape is gorgeous. Location is perfect. CCRT bike trail is near by. Beaches, Nickerson park and restaurants are all within a short distance.

"Condo in Brewster"

Great central location, closed to beaches & park & bike trail, 100% like the pictures provided, ultra clean, we couldn't tell it was on a golf course, nice that some table games were provided. Quick response from staff. Too bad we couldn't take advantage of the pools onsite (they requested 20$ per day per person!). A few basic maps and description of the services available around (ex. supermarket, bakery) would have been appreciated though. Wifi didn't work properly but not that important: we were on vacations!

We went to the beach every day and the Brewster Flats are great for long walks during low tide. We also played a ton of paddle ball and wiffle ball. Condo was great. The only feedback is that they should have NESN and ESPN which are already on the condo owners Xfinity line up but we couldn't get access. Otherwise, the place was great.

The wifi password in your written instructions and the password on the wifi router do not match and only one is correct. The best part of our vacation was the quiet surrounds, room for family, and pretty much everything we needed was provided.
